Tajamuka/Sesjikile

28 April 2017

Tajamuka condenms the unilateral revocation of the bail of Parson Dzamara and Tatenda Mombeyarara. We view this as an unjust and unreasonable determination by the magistrate. Patson and his co accused are law abiding Zimbabweans who are determined to cooperate with the law to the final conclusion if their case. The accused have been in and out of the country several times. If they had not intention to follow the law they had every opportunity to abscond. It is paradoxical for the courts to be seen punishing law abiding citizens. We demand the immediate release of the two accused persons.
